How to get my account with confirmed shipping address? RO is near my country, so the same situation.
When I pay to some seller or pay just an invoice, they see my Unconfirmed address in red, I see that as well.
As I can see for US/UK/CA accs PP sends manually a letter to the address with some unique code that need to be put into the PP form and then to be verified. Another way is using a VPS card (I think?), so don't know if I purchase from somewhere and AVS Visa card, add it onto my acc and then to get my address to be confirmed?
About VBA, haven't added any, maybe it's useless. I've added into my PP acc so far 4 x Visa (real) cards with my address there as well (there is no such thing like "AVS" in my country, as well as in 90% of the countries in Europe)."
