paypal got limited
 

i have a stealth account.

this morning i logged into my account and got a massage say my paypal was limited

they want information most of what i can provide but they asking for
a copy of your business licence or tax return info

how do i get round this one. any help as i dont have tax return or tax info as it is a stealth account.


thank you for you help in advance.

also is my money in account as i can not provide the info

If you can find a way to provide the requested doc, then send them in.

If you cannot, just have to wait out the 180 days.

i have got all the info there asking for apart form the business registration docs

can i not just ring them and tell them im not business registered only a part time seller ie sole trader


i.e its a stealth account i bought

If you were simply running an Ebay business on a self employed basis you would not have a "registration" as only LT Companies have this. However you would still have to be registered with HMRC and you could provide this as an alternative.

yes call or message them and say you are not a registered business, that is fine, they send generic requests and usually are ok with you letting them know, they then move on to the review.

thank you for the advise

but its a stealth account and worried if they find out its not real , i may lose all the hard earn money in it.

what do they look at in the review.

They want a response: give them one.

'Hello, I have the account. The business plans did not work out. I want to keep the account as premier'.

Dont say too much or offer too much.

Just saying you want to keep the account as premier will remove the limitation placed? Couldn't they just say "Well let's have your ID then"?

Just wondering - dont have experience with the business account aspect of PP for UK
