In the last few days my account has become a TRS status.

This is awesome,but I got a phone call from eBay.

They wanted to setup a scheduled phone call to educate on being a TRS. I am paranoid about the questions.

Can anyone give me some info on what we will talk about?

Will they inquire about personal information?

That's weird, I got one of my accounts to TRS this month as well and I got no such call, nor have I ever with any of my accounts going TRS in the past.

I'd actually be very curious to know what caused this type of call for you.

If this is the same thing I am thinking of, I get these all the time. The calls last about 15 minutes. eBay's rep pushes the things they like, such as free shipping. They explain how to earn discounts, the importance of 1 day handling, etc. They will also give you tips on title listings, etc. The calls can be worthwhile.

I agree with Jeff.
I got the same call on my legit account many years ago.
Pretty useful info about titles, shipping, ect... but honestly basic knowledge now.
Anything that gets your listing more exposure...
And now a days, anything that pleases the buyer.

Or dont deal with this marketing discussion and just tell them you're busy
