stealth account stuck in Progress
 

hi

my stealth account got limited, asking for

supplier invioies and business info, and tracking details

i have upload all the documents but it showing " in progress" , not completed in the field , where it used to say waiting your actions

is this normal or should ring them or am missing some thing

If you have uploaded what they have asked for, then just leave it a few days. PP can be a bit slow to review docs

Patience is a virtue where p/p are concerned.

Many people have deeply regretted trying to speed the process up by emailing or calling them only to find that their account was subsequently given a permanent limitation.

Just wait it out and all should be well providing all your docs are in order.

every time i ever tried to speed up by calling pp ended up in perm limited acct. best avoided unless been more than 2 weeks....

Let paypal attend to the matter as they want, in their own time.

Too many reports of permanent limitations when paypal got 'pushed' to give a time frame.

You need to be patient as it can take 7-10 days or more most of the time.

After a couple of days, you can ring them up and say 'Listen, I sent it everything - please remove limitations'....in a polite and professional way of course
