do billing and shipping addresses match?

just a little heads up, I wanted to confirm this before an updated post but so far I failed but got some suggestions that seemed work

use an older walmart account if you have
if you are having error processing your recent order try 120 or lower amounts

cahsing out with walmart is not the successful method it was up until last October.

I gather you are discovering that.
