1099 tax form, is it mailed or emailed?

2 questions...
When will it be sent this year the 1099 tax form?
and I have a stealth with ein business account on paypal. I am well over the 200 item and 20,000 mark, I have all my tax information in, I know I will get the 1099 this year, I pay my taxes like everyone.
Since my account is stealth, I won't be able to access the address for the tax form, I know you can view it online.
Is this a option on paypal to opt out of them sending it in the mail? or you can't... if they do send, it may come back to them...

If you used search, there is a thread saying that anytime after 17th January, forms may be available.

Explain why you have no business address for these types of things.

I search I didn't find that any questions, just some post from last year tax time, Jan 17th for online? When does paypal send in the mail?
Also is there a option on paypal to not send in the mail and keep it just online? Just like you can do bank account statements/tax info and stocks accounts you can just it online.
I have a UPS box but it expired some time ago, that why I am worried it may return to sender.

I never had received one in the mail.....I go to gistory and click on "Tax Information" in paypal.

They started processing on the 17th in batches. It will be soon if it is not available already on the paypal website.

For the people who use 100% ficticious addresses use USPS forwarding service. You can sign up on usps.com but they will only forward for 6 months..

Here's how to view and print your Form 1099-K:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2.Select History > Tax Documents.

can't say yes to that, but personally and this is my 3rd year filing, I've never received a paper copy from paypal in the mail.
