Changing Paypal Business Name?

If the EIN was already added and verified can I go change around the name of the business name on pay pal so the actual business name is not shown to customers? Would this raise any concern I contacted pay pal about it they said it wouldn't be a issue, but we all know what they say and do is always different.

While I dont take anything that PP says as true UNLESS IN WRITING, I could see this not being an issue - only if customer(s) find out and complain out of transparency
