How expensive is it exactly? Have to pay some cash for good business models

You do not need a new ISP per stealth account so long as you track your IP address.

You can have 3 /4+ stealth for 1 ISP, you just have to ensure you keep track of which account has used which IP address

I pay about 15-20$ per month for each Provider
