Default UK -> US.. Possible?

I found a lot of topics on transferring a US account to UK but not vise verse. Probably the same "hula" but figured I would ask if anyone has exp.

Does anyone know if it is "readily" possible to change accounts - I.e your moving and wish to keep account. But I would assume they would ask for passport, ID, etc then..

Thanks.

You can expect that PP will ask hard for documents in the event that a country of residence is being changed. Why do you want to do this nivo?

Sorry for long delay in response.

I had the oprotunity to get my hands on at least one old account (like 2002) where it had no limits, before the 07' mark, and had positive feedback already.

But I doubt I will go through with it..

I think it depends on the country's banking regulations.

I've changed my UK address with nothing but a phone call and them taking it as face value, but the Japanese one require loads and loads of hoops to jump through.
