What triggers an MC011?

So Friday night I list some items to finish off my selling limits for the month of January, which was capped at 100 items. Usually I wait until after 9pm EST (6pm PST) to list my items. Yes, the items are vErO.

I typically am left alone when I list these items from Friday evening until early Monday morning. Now this Friday I had listed them a hour or so earlier. I get this message from eb that my acct had been limited until they can get more information. They wanted drivers license photo (front and back), utility bill, credit card statement, invoice where items were recently purchased and some other stuff.

I did not feel that this was a vErO takedown, but I am curious as to what triggered this. And I definitely do not feel that it was random.
Was it the fact that I tried to finish off my monthly limit on January 31st? I sold to my cap before on other stealth accts and never had this happen. Perhaps, I listed too early?

It's my theory that eb shuts parts down for the weekend, but maybe I am wrong.
Anyhow, what could have triggered this MC011?

The bots, keywords and categories.

And being that your items are vero, the bots have vero higher on their priority list.

The bots work 24/7. Its the reps that cannot monitor everything.

ebay bots work 24/7.

Change your mind about that theory.

ebay is The Borg. This must be known to you. Their existing logarithms detected your listing.

Listing vero items in small nitch markets on weekends only keeps manufacturers at bay. Once ebay becomes aware that a specific item most likely in Vero, the bots work 24-7 to keep them off ebay.

@bjammin, have you listed something that was unusual for your account - or all repeat listings?

Nothing unusual. I relist the same auction, but not every weekend. Plus I rotate my accounts, so I may use one account once a month or longer. And of course the different accounts have different auction specs (same item) such as title, sub title, shipping, pics, description (fonts and styles, etc).

Hmm then quite likely someone reported you - whether competitor or buyer
