Open new account, got message, contact us in 48 hours then banned
 

1. Open new account a week ago, did some history for 30 minutes, then created a seller account the same day. I tried to list but I decided, I will go back to later as template, I never list yet, but 24 hour later i got contact us in 48 hours or I will be suspended, Didn't read the message till yesterday, it expired on Friday. I got notice I am suspended.
So on sunday I was like what the crap, So I called sunday even though it was expired, They didn't mind.... ask, My name, birthday, street address, how long I lived there.
Told me that they want everyone to have a verified Paypal address when they open an seller account to list.
So I said okay I will verify it, My account is back up like nothing happened.

IS This is new thing there doing, asking for verify paypal to sell?, usually I verify till a few weeks or month later for withdrawals.,
I usually can create seller account on the same day, and wait few days to list. Sometimes I created a seller after few days being a member. Search around ebay looking at thing building history

I think you would be better off verifying your PayPal account before listing items for sale. But that is just my opinion.

I never verify before to sell, I usually do it a month after selling, when I am doing a withdrawal. I done it many time before , this first time I got this notice

This has been happening for a few months, if you get the mc999 then they will tell you to add a bank acct (I would always add a VBA as it seems to reduce likelihood of mc999)

I would not sell on any account that is not verified.

Makes the account not as solid I believe.

I am also a fan of verifying the pp PRIOR selling on eB...and even doing some transactions with the pp beforehard.

my account is okay now, I will add this one to my stealth, but I will follows your tips of verify before and searching more on ebay, and doing transaction with pp b4 hand.

Is this the stealth a/c that ebay wanted to verify w/ you? Also, its always a better idea to verify pp before selling on ebay so ebay will not have any concern w/ the acc. If you can make a buying history then list items after a month or so...
