Varries from account to account. Sometimes it will take 90+ days, sometimes you can get it in 2 weeks.

In theory it is meant to be

90 days have passed since your first successful eBay sale.
You’ve completed more than 25 transactions on the site.
You’ve generated more than £165 in total sales.
Your seller status is Standard or above.
If your account has been suspended, 90 days have passed since your account has been reinstated.

I havent been so busy on Ebay lately either, selling stuff outside of Ebay makes it easy peasy to get Instant payments

Getting back into Ebay now, used to age an account for a month, then after 2 positive feedback I would get the instants

The 60 days was based on him having set up loads of accounts, in fact his words were "pretty much always on the 60th day". Could be some variables I don't know of
