Netspend no longer having Virtual Credit Cards
 

Woke up to this email...

We are making changes to our website to make Virtual Accounts more secure. During this time you will not be able to use Virtual Accounts.

Additionally, we expired all of your existing Virtual accounts.

If you are using a Virtual Account for a recurring bill payment, you will need to contact your biller to set up a new form of payment.

We hope to have this feature available again as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Did you call netspend about it? What did the rep say? From this message you posted it just seems like it is a temporary thing while they update. Or am I misunderstanding the wording?

Nice to hear of changes but Netspend remains a bad option for stealth...unless things have changed?

It depends on how you use it for stealth. As far as using it as a bank its a bad idea. But I normally use it for paying fees and what not

Has anyone heard of an update?

Some days I am not even able to log in to my account to check. I have called and written to them but not received any answers.

Nothing thus far.

And RSOT: Their VCCs are great for stealth :thumb: Just do not use the cards routing/account to place onto paypal
