Neutral Feedback - Buyer sends nasty emails

Buyer left a neutral feedback because she assumed i was going to do over night shipping on a $1 item, even though it said 2-5 days.

Anyways, upon trying to resolve the issue and of course satisfy her despite her stupidity - she replied 3 times being amazingly rude and calling me a bitch, stupid, dumbass, etc. I went ahead and LOL'd at that ( to myself ) and blocked her.

Anyways, using those emails ( thru ebay ) - would it be possible for eBay to remove that neutral?

& looking through her account, she does the same exact thing to other sellers and leaves negatives/neutrals.

Probably some teenager being an idiot. Just wanted to rant, thanks lol.

If ur account is in order and u don't have a huge list of cases and negatives and DSRs are 4.8⬆️ Than yes you can use that against them just don't reply with any emotion and no matter what they call u , ignore it and just answer anything related to business

Have you checked if this member left you a low DSR?

That happened to me once, a member left me 3 low DSRs and a positive feedback. I wasn't sure who the actual member was, (as DSRs update with delay) but I contacted customer support and they removed the feedback immediately and after a few days the DSRs as well.

Personally, I would not risk calling ebay over a neutral feedback. Calling them only adds more attention to your account.

Your goal is to stay under the radar, not give agents a mouse click away from shutting you down.

Just wash your hands of this bad experience and know your account is more important than focusing on this one neutral feedback.

Neutral isn't negative.

Your transaction is complete.

No calls for such a nonsense buyer.

Block, report and move on.

They will see a trend in her ways and deal with her accordingly.

If you have the time, get the email/phone number from the transaction detail and post some listings on Craigslist and let the spam begin. Only do that to buyers who deserve it.

a neutral on $1 item, nobody will care - would you?

reply on follow-up under the feedback, explaining she wanted overnight on $1 item, she misunderstood shipping time was 2-5.

sellers need to do this more, idiot buyers follow-ups can add up in time and build a picture.

In addition, in the few times I have been at fault, I have followed up apologising and saying it was my fault and had tried to sorted it out -People react much better to someone who has made a mistake than just a raw neg with no explanation.....

It sucks and that is part of doing business. I had perfect FB and 5's across the board but one scammer screwed it up. What's weird is most everyone kept leaving 5's until the one neg and then even though the service remained the same 5's were hard to come by. I almost got all 5's again but now just one is a 5.

Why would you even consider wasting the Time, and energy for a neutral?,,,also the potential risk,,,Your account will NOT remain Perfect forever, sorry, there are simply way TOO many A$$hole buyers out there, who will somehow ALWAYS find some kind of fault with a seller
