Is anyone using AOL ??

I'm using it, it gave me new IP address but it was the same all the time :(

My real IP is static and cannot be changed. I want to change my IP.
Any suggestion for me? Please help. :)

I use AOL Dial-Up for my eBay needs and have never had a problem beside it being slow.

Why using AOL, my IP address is the same all the time ???
