Help please. got suspended from ebay now buyer wants refund.
 
Hello, everybody. i got suspended from ebay but my paypal is still up and running, a costumer has opened a case "dident get the item yet." i provided tracking label to paypal. and told them that i got banned because of multiple account, "tried to help my friend make one lol" do you got any suggestions what i could do? :) thanks!!

Unfortunately once they restrict u from selling , eBay will side with the customer no matter what

you say you have provided tracking, have you also sent them documentation to prove it was sent and the receipt with weight of item ?

Make new back up accounts going by learning STEALTH.

Dont waste time on this dead account - but do communicate with your buyer and settle this.

My new internet provider Will get dyn ip on friday, but its sad if hes gonna claim 255$ back :D

Some people see "No Longer registered" and see it as money making opportunity as they know you have little you can actually do to defend yourself.

did customer receive it according to tracking? they almost certainly did. In which case let him claim from ebay or paypal, if they ignore the tracking on the transaction, let them eat the loss.
