New User Making Sure I've Done Everything Right

Good evening all,

I came across this forum ager receiving the dreaded mc99 suspension on my eBay account. After about half an hour reading I released the error of my ways. I had setup another account instantly, with the same items for sale, same pics, same IP, everything. I quickly realised how dumb this was after the lightbulb went off in my head reminding me how tricking stupid I had been. I have only been selling used items to clear out some space in my home but a few of them eBay didn't like. My live chat arguments with them must have gone against me. Although I still cannot see why I had my listings pulled when several hundred people had the same item for sale, but I digress.

I bought the book and have been reading this forum for the past 4 days straight. I now have a basic understanding of what I need to do. I have been slightly overkill, but I don't want to take any chances. After reading all of the success stories on this website I am quite keen to turn it into another source of income. Here is my current plan, any comments would be greatly appreciated. To start with I am just creating 3 basic seller accounts to get rid of the accumulated crap around my house.
I have bought a cheap laptop to solely use for eBay to keep my main computer from having anything to do with after my MC999.
Seperate users for each ebay id
Entropay VCC setup with 3 vcc's ready to go
Currently have one cash plus card for sort & acc code to cash out. will get 2 more sorted
3 PAYG sims with data loaded on to use as phone verification & tethering to keep different IP's all 3 are different networks for the different accounts
I have used slight variations on my name, different DOB's for my accounts
Have setup a virtual mailbox which will accept slight variations of my name.
I think this is my main concern for linking, although as they are large companies I am hoping that eBay will turn a blind eye to it as the IP's will all be different?

Hopefully this will enable m to get back selling on eBay and turning my clutter into some cash. Some of which I am planning to test on eBay with new items bought from a few suppliers I have found on my travels.

Any other advice for a stealth newbie?

I read your post - you didnt have to buy the cheap laptop but you did...that's fine. Smart move to have COMPLETELY different IPs....you are well on your way to making solid stealth accounts.

Now focus on what you are selling...and how you operate.

Good work there. I can see the thought put into this already

Nice one.

To aid the hard work here's some helpful tips. You are using multiple IPs so you should find it handy to log them. It is also ideal to log all your info, including DOB secret questions.

Both the files below were created by users here. They are a great aid to being stealth.

Many of us also use IP Burger - Track Your IP Address! to check IPs. (aspkin created that)

Good Luck

thanks for the extra tips, I've not got my new addresses through so I will be setting up paypal accounts tonight. The cheap laptop is overkill, but I didn't want to risk anything being on my main machine. Also, this gives me the option of updating my eBay pages when I'm at work which will be very helpful.
What I've ended up doing is making a separate folder with every piece of information on for each account so that I can quickly revert back to it if I need to.

Must say, it feels good to almost be beating the system!

Make sure the IP's are kept seperate ALWAYS, make that the first thing to check before loading that eBay page on the user account. Be 100% sure to have logged into the correct USER account before loading eBay / PP.

Do NOT list too quick regardless of the 'household' items you are selling. I do usually list after a few days and that is with items that are most probably a lot more high risk than what you are looking at. Slowly but surely.

It is advisable as you have probably seen around the forum to have access to the address, plenty of options on the net. Try and use a 'unique' service as such which potentially doesn't have half of the stealthers on this site using.

Good luck :thumb:

Beating the system through your setup is good - be wise about how you operate now :)
