So I am not selling on ebay but paypal does not want me to use there services and because I am a Big risk according to them. But I was wondering when I make my new account is there anyway i can use my same address?

Not wisely or sensibly.

Idea of stealth is showing a new you.

When you create the new paypal account, try to make sure you never become a big risk again to them.

Consider a P O Box for an address.

You will pick up packages by having ACCESS to your new stealth address - that's why po boxes work - address variation can be done too
