Negative feedback and impact on limit increase
 
Hello,

I have two stealth accounts that got hit by negative feedback (new employee in charge of those accounts and made mistakes like forgetting to reply to customer... :nono: ).

Both accounts have 1 negative for ~30 to 60 positive. 1 is US account, other one is UK account.

Will these account still get selling limit increase automatically?

I am working to get the negative feedback changed by buyer, will it make a difference for automatic selling limit increase?

Don`t think 1 negative will affect automatic selling limit increase...have to keep all stats up however.

Check your dashboard.

What are the DSRs?

How much feedback do you have on either account?

Likely not going to be automatic increases for a while.

Hope you educated that employee

DSR are ok 4.7 / 4.8
Feedback total is 30-50 per account

Yes employee has been reeducated :-)

Hey, in no way do I mean any disrespect but aren't your accounts worth taking the time to train employees thoroughly before throwing them out there? Messaging is one of the easiest yet most crucial aspects of maintaining good feedback. I hope you at least give them a trial run on non crucial/test accounts.
