Buying with Stealth
 

I was planning on using my newly created stealth to buy a few items before I started selling in order to help build up feedback but I used a random address to which I don't have access.

Therefore I'd have to add my real address at some point as a second address in order to get the item delivered (I can keep the stealth name). Will this additional address link the accounts to those suspended? If so, how do I get around this?

I could email the seller and ask if they'd be willing to ship to a different address but I would suspect that most would refuse these days to ship to any address other than that on the paypal.

The other concern I'd have is if they sent it recorded delivery to prove it was delivered, I'd have to provide ID on collection which I obviously wouldn't have.

Lots of items you can buy that do not require shipping.

You don't need to have access to an address to build some feedback.

Most sellers leave feedback when you pay, others leave after you leave them feedback.

You should not add an address that is already linked to another eBay. It will link the two.

If you want to buy things and want to have them delivered look into rentable mail boxes.

Rentable p o boxes work as does variation of address (bit tougher in UK but doable)

When you go stealth, you try to make sure you keep your account from being looked at: now asking sellers to send to another address might flag you.

Better to have an address you can fully access and control. You could get a P O Box, mail forwarding etc

Yeah, thats what I figured. Interested to know what items you can buy to build feedback that DONT require delivery though??

You can buy coupons that are printable ie. Lowes, Home Depot. These are sent to email address.

Selling Feedback is worth a lot more than buying feedback....especially as a seller.

Cheap items like stamps, cards, trinkets - if you dont care about receiving them

Just sell small, cheap items, that are light enough to go into a postbox. Saves having to queue up at the PO.

You should buy cheap, small items. Don't mess with virtual items on a brand new acct, don't want to be accused of feedback manipulation
