Raising selling limits (ebay asked to provide Identification)

I called today ebay about my stealth account to request increase of selling limits.

my account exist 1 month , has only 10 selling limit.
I know people in this forum says not to call ebay for limits but in my country ebay doesnt automaticlly increase the limits I dont know why., So I HAVE TO call them.

anyway they asked for Identification and they want me to send them in fax and then they will raise my limits.
I cant send them it because its stealth account , what I am suppose to do.

People say not to call and you still do...odd decision.

Anyhow - what can you do? You need to provide them the documentation the want - pm a moderator (purple name) for guidance.

Hi thanks first for your answer.
as I said in my country they dont raise the selling automaticlly each month thats why need to call them .
I will contact an moderator for help

Ideally what you should have done was check on the forum first.

You can sometimes get away with asking for limit increases, but usually they will take a close look at your account and ask for info. At least you learned with an account that was only 10/1000, could be worse

Yup you are right , its a still new account , I just hope it will increase automaticlly and they wont block the account if I dont send them documents

IF you are asked for documents, you will have to provide them - they wont just let you operate freely
