Unable to create virtual card
 

I Have just tried to create a virtual card on entopay but it is not allowing me saying that I am not allowed to create virtual cards at this moment!

Why would this be?!

I did have an email from them a few weeks ago asking why I created so many cards, apparently I had near 50 but was only using about 7 the rest I had destroyed but it seems they are still kept on my account and can not be properly deleted. I thought this had been resolved after several emails with them.
Anyone else had this problem and if its a case that my entropay account has now been suspended, what other vcc's are out there that can be used in the uk for ppal and bay other than 3v as that one seems a pain in the arse to use and not sure how good it would be for stealth acc's

did you answer the query they asked you about why so many cards ?

Did you respond to the message asking why you had so many cards?

When u received a message with their concern on whether or not fraudulent activity is going on, you should of just told the truth and said that you have various online websites etc.... And you needed them for your paypal account

I replied this way when my limit was only 10 cards and at the time I had made a total of 18 , they responded something like we trust ur use of Entropay and you can now continue to use

If you never responded than your account is on hold

Respond as soon as you can and see if they can reinstate u

you need a specific response from entropay that they are satisifed with your explanation and will restore the main account.

Without that , you are still blocked within their system.

They do this as a protection for themselves.

Side note: 3v works well if you are looking for alternative

3v works well although there are more costs involved. Entropay is #1
