New accounts High Limits

Hello I am new to the forum and have had this question for the last week.

I hope someone can help me out. I do my own stealth accounts using VPS services but every time I do an account I get 10/1000 Limits

I have seen on the forum that there are new accounts being sold with 100/5000 Limits .

how is that possible?

they wont be new accounts, slightly older, normally at least 3 months

They use the "request higher limits" and they answer the questions ebay asks.

Wouldnt recommend doing that move - some people also have rare luck on creation of 100 limit accounts

It takes time and practise to make such accounts.

Experiment to find out what to do.

Work hard to achieve it.
