Yea, they want a replacement, multiple times. With smaller items, I have experienced this often in the past before I stopped playing games and being nice. Every replacement you send, they claim lost/stolen/damaged or not received at all. Then they ask for another and another and another, etc.

Refund or replacement scam, both work just the same.

They seem to know that in most ways ebay is now becoming amazon.

The buyers want their bums kissed and boots licked.

Attach anything with a HOT name brand and you have roaches crawling from the walls to screw you over.

oh, ok I would not play those games, refund and move on.

does anyone just put on their feedback for customer - claimed not received, so refunded- or is that going to get you violated? I mean it warns other sellers

It would be a start, but most sellers/buyers just look at the 100% and all green. They can't be bothered to sort through the comments otherwise.

The same with idiot buyers who never read the description then purchase from you and then become a PITA for their stupidity.

that is true, I do not look at each buyer feedback either...it might be a deterrent to the buyer if they think the evidence is stacking up....

Tell the buyer you will investigate his complaint and examine the CCTV over the packing station in your warehouse and speak to the packer and checker who sent out the goods.

This infers you have a big staff and can sound quite intimidating to an amateur scammer. It has worked for me several times when a buyer claimed something was "missing" from the package.
