how long to lift limits on pay pal

hi looking for some advice,have stealth account now for last year goin good,they have increased my selling limit to nearly 8000 a month with out me requesting it, so all seems well ,now i need to fax photo id and utility bill to lift my pay pal receiving limits,after i fax these how long in general does it take pay pal to lift limits? do i ring or wait a week,i have all my stealth info ready to answer any of their questions.

Can take upto 3 weeks. Usually its done within a week though.

if paypal is still at limited funds how have you managed to get such large increases with ebay ???
