Received an EMPTY ems box today with green tape on it... Inside? The customs removal letter. I wish i hadn't signed for it, now i will have to find tooth and nail dhgate for this refund. Since it says delivered. At least i have some forms though to give them, only problem is. These forms could be from anyone i guess. Since the custom seizure letters are the same, but with blanks filled in with the shipment information, and a case # that is also filled in minus 4 digits they change heh.... i should of known when the usps guy was palming a 10 pound normal box

Were the items you were importing legitimate?

How did you pay for the items your bought? Credit card or another method?

Wow - palmed eh? Sucks to hear - it is going to a fight for refund unless...you can consider a cc chargeback...

i cc charged back. But we'll see how dhgate responds. I normally would write this off as cost of business and i do because i pay an extra insurance fee to my regular supplier, but sometimes i want to try new products and i have to reach out to the underbelly of weekend warriors of dhgate heh
