Typing in password for one account to log in to another account (opps?)

I tried logging into one of my stealth accounts and it wouldnt let me, cause i realized I was typing in a password for one of my other accounts, will ebay look at this and some how link the accounts? (both accounts were created around same time so kinda suspicious but not sure if they keep track of this stuff)

I do not think that ebay/pp has caught onto the password similarities in their systems yet.

you should be safe.

Yeah, I agree. I have done this before. Nothing has happened, and it has been over 6 months

You are safe...I guarantee you there are more than a few duplicate passwords in ebays system. lol

Have done this mostly on PayPal on more than one occasion over the past 5 or so years. No problems. Then again none of the accounts haven't had trouble and had the chance of linking domino effect. Not a good thing to have done but not the end of the world. Personally wouldn't lose sleep over it.

I have done that so many times and nothing happened, that I stopped worrying....

Dont worry OP - moving forward, write your stuff down (or keep track) - too many pw wrong attempts can lock an account for security reasons but not link them
