Confused after reading e-book: "New Bank Account" "Prepaid Card"
 

From I've learned, add your "real true" bank account to PAYPAL so that can withdraw the money from PAYPAL to your bank, no matter the names match or not.

But there are a list of "virtual BANKS" P19 in e-book, what's that for?

To vertify PAYPAL, a virtual bank account or prepaid card?

If virtual bank account added, (the information to have a this virtual bank account should be virtual that match my PAYPAL registered name or my real name?) If with my real name, to withdraw the money successfully , I need to add my real bank account, is that ok to add real and virtual bank accounts tgether?

Virtual Bank Accounts (VBAs) are only available in the US / Canada.

Only a UK bank account can verify a UK paypal account.

You do need to make sure that the bank allows mismatching name deposits. Decide on the bank you want to go with and then search the forum to ensure no issues have been reposted.

Sorry I did have some searches, still no clue.

I do not really understand what your asking.

You go and open a bank account (at say HSBC) using your real details.

You then create a PayPal using your stealth details for the name and address and following all the other stealth rules,

You then add your newly created bank accounts sort code and account number to this PayPal account.

uk stealth account, refers to an ebay or paypal account that is registered in different details to your banned ones, so as not to get linked.

this is different to a UK bank account. In USA you can get a VBA, these do not exist for UK.

Well, I just don't know what things I need to buy if I am going to create the stealth account? Do I need to buy pre-paid card or bank account?

Laid out in basic terms

You need to go to a bank and open a bank account using your real details

You then either buy a VCC from Aspkin forum seller or use one that you have sourced yourself. For now I would just stick to buying one from a forum seller.

You then create your stealth ebay and paypal using the stealth method.

You then add your bank account to your PP account, verify it, add your VCC and then confirm your address.

First before any of that though it may be best that you spend a few days reading the forum until you understand stealth fully.

Once you understand how a stealth account is created - you will need your OWN bank account (that you would register to the pp under the stealth name) to VERIFY the account AND...

a prepaid card to CONFIRM the account - gift credit card, virtual credit card...these work
