setting up paypal account
 

Hi guys, ive read the stealth guide and am still abit unsure of the setting a paypal acc up.

I know i need a fresh bank account (persoanl details) to confirm the paypal acc then a vcc (stealth details) to verify?? is this the case.

Also how does a vcc work (do they take charges) and how do i get 1?

You've got it the wrong way round.

The bank account VERIFIES the paypal.

The VCC CONFIRMS the address.

You can add the VCC first but you can't confirm it until the account is verified with a bank account.

For suitable UK VCCs, look at Entropay or 3V.

ok thanks. and paypal wont make a link to with my personal details on the bank account? as they just use the details on the vcc?

They can't see the real name on the bank account.

Make sure you pick a bank that is 'friendly' for stealth purposes and ideally use a current or basic account to attach to paypal.

I have found out that my bank does accept mismatched payments into an account which should work correct?

My next question is about vcc. entropay a safe 1 to use?

So long as the bank allows mismatching name deposits you are fine.

Entropay works well.
