Stealth Paypal/Bank Accounts/Taxes

As I am new to this whole idea of stealth accounts, I just have a few questions concerning the Paypal, Bank accounts, and how to pay taxes on a stealth account.

First off, can I link a different bank account in my name to the stealth paypal account or will the recognize that it is in my name?

If I create a new online bank account for the stealth paypal, how will I actually be able to withdraw my funds once I want to withdraw from paypal to my bank account?

And lastly, how would I go about paying taxes on a 1099 with a different name?

I'm sure these may seem like stupid questions but I'm pretty stressed about my situation and any help would be greatly appreciated.

As for the bank, if it accepts deposits in different names (which bank do you use?) - it is good to go

Right now I currently use two smaller local banks in my area but I could open an account at Wells Fargo, US Bank or First Interstate Bank. Any idea if any of those accept deposits in different names?
