MC999 Not Adding UP - WHY?

No VeRO on this account, I have to review the so called activities that I do not understand.

This account got double increase last month and was selling very slow in the past months.

No negative feedbacks. It had qualified for TRS based on requirements, instead, it went down the drain.

If your selling limits were restricted but are still able to buy.
It sounds like you were linked to another account in some way.

It doesn't sound like random BS because. They did not ask you to provide anything. They just said that they are done with you.

When my account got restricted yesterday due to linkage to an account that was not mine, they said it was due to linkage. So I would not think yours was toasted for linkage.

Was this the first MC999 on the account?

Something else to consider. I had been given a MC999 and indefinitely restricted for an offense that was over 6 months prior, so don't just think about things it could have been recently.

- Feedback is 100%, all DSRs sitting at TRS level, TRS requirements already met.
- No cases unresolved
- No bidding on this account
- No, shipping from within Stealth address
- No buying from this account

That comment alone suggests to me that you were linked to an account that banned or you are selling something trademarked.

I wish they would tell me which account I am linked to. One of Stealth was linked to a banned account, they added the ID of that account. I had nothing to do with that account.

I am not selling VeRO, I learned my lesson from my legit account. No warnings on this account, very puzzled.

I will call them later to find something. If this was a mistake, perhaps I can take it, but I know eBay does not reverse decisions easily.

If you contact them by chat they usually tell you if you linked to someone.

Even if a competitor reported me, I am not selling VeRO, why would eBay listen.

I can log into my account, everything is the same except that, I cannot list anything.

I will call them tonight and become a real comedian.

Not to question you RSOT, but if he is not doing anything wrong (esp VERO) then what would there be to report? I am curious for my own accounts. Can other people just report you for bogus stuff and get you "Indefinitely Suspended" on the first MC999?

Anyone who sells the same/similar items as you is considered competition.
People will say and do anything to remove you, so that they are the only retailer of the item/product.

On ebay you are guilty before proven innocent..

I know EB does diff things for random reasons, but this just seems way over the top

This is why i think he was ultimately linked to an old suspended account.

As i have had a suspended account re-activated but am not allowed to sell on it - only purchase.

I always find it amusing that they still allow you to spend money on a suspended acct but not make money

My legit account had unlimited suspension until I raised dust. I was able to buy but could not sell. I have started selling on it.

I will be back with definite reasons for my suspension.

Rsot is right for a change. This MC999 is the result of constant bombardment of competitors reporting you from multiple accounts. Their reasons don't have to have merit. Eventually the bots see that this account has been reported so many times by so many different users. This leads to the very generic "uncomfortable with selling practices" ban because it is all encompassing.

Kinda makes sense, but has anybody got out of this before, especially if it is a Stealth?

It is with great sorrow to announce the untimely departing of a stealth account that was well nurtured to limits of 90/$9000. I will miss my account, rest in peace.

To the person(s) who contributed to the loss of this account, Karma will take care of that.
