Merging Orders from multiple accounts

Hi all,

I didn't really get an answer on this before apart from the fact to use Thunderbird which has proved more than successful, however, I am going to be moving to a different level soon.

I plan on taking on a warehouse in the very near future and importing my stock of which I will be loading onto the multiple eBay accounts I have. Due to the nature of this and the size of the items they may require more than myself to manage this. I don't really want to have to take anyone on but the size of the items it isn't going to be possible not to.

I will need to find a software out there that can bring all of the orders down individually to a piece of software that will show the item number, name of the item, quantity and billing / delivery address.

Does anyone have any useful information regarding any possible softwares that may work for this?

Thanks in advance

Yeah, sorry. I don't know of anything that could the orders from multiple accounts without causing a link between the multiple accounts...which should be avoided. I do my manually, though there are programs in which you import orders automatically but they need a link to the ebay account. So it works for one--- I just haven't seen any success by linking multiple accounts. I am too paranoid of linking for that

This is the problem I have. Especially if I am thinking of employing someone later on down the line as I do not want to leave someone with stealth when they have no clue of what they are doing.

I use thunderbird for 13 accounts.

I did see a video of what you are asking for and they would get print outs of orders every minute.

The only thing I could tell you is what do I do and your doing. I am getting 34 more accounts this month. I'll have 47 total with my 2 real ones.

Have someone at the warehouse do the orders and do it like this okay. I been doing it for a year now.

You get an order. You copy and paste their name on a notepad with the date. like this for example.

you get the picture by looking here okay?

17th
Sarah heller - size 55 jeans
(address)

Mike Garry - 2 brown tables
(address)

------------------------
16th

Joe blow - size 56 jeans
(address)

Sharon hary - brown table
(address)

jerry man - size 54 jeans
(address)

Now what you do is whenever you get the postage printed from the accounts. you put it on a file that prints out 2 or 4 per sheet or whatever it is you do. And on the website you just put their "names - item" down a list

and give this to your person working at the warehouse. so he'll see their name with what item he should really put it with. It's how I run it.

I normally do this (Name - (how many they ordered, size, and brand name).

And when they do my orders they see their name, goes with this many, in this size and that item. So when they print postages for me on a huge laser machine I got them, all they do is match the postages (with address aleady on it from ebay) with the name along with the orders.

It's how I do it.

For what you want you might want to take a look at websites that have programmers you can rent out to do projects for you, but I wouldn't risk it with people and key loggers etc.

Just do it like this. Hire someone at the warehouse. also I upload their names with the order of items how many, sizes and brands or whatever it is I am selling on the website with password. So all they do is print the postages and fill the orders. I am in Europe still and my products are all in the USA!

I been doing this for years! works great, you just push the orders, and let them do the work. IF not get the wife or husband, kids etc.

But what you want seems kinda ehhhh hard to do but I've seen a video on youtube with a seller who had a machine print it for them every minute.

NOTE: I also have my orders shipped twice a week or 3 times a week. Been doing so for 3 years like that already from the start. So if you hire someone you can do it on a 3 or 2 day base per week. You can pick out monday and thursday. Or M W F shipping days.

You can try Inkfrog

You still have to select your account from a drop down menu to access the orders but its all in one website a drop down menu selection away.

Much easier then logging into each account individually

WOW Inkfrog? How many accounts can you have in there?

I use VPS anyways so it's the same as logging into the account and printing it.

I've had 1 since I started doing this on ebay. I had too.

Shipping costs from Europe was 3 times more expensive, not to mention no tracking number = in no good if a case is open, not to mention what time frame a customer had to wait up to 6 weeks to get a product!

So I had to get someone in the US to do my orders.

I plan on sending in my wife some time next month to do some stuff and help out the person there.

Any potential problems for linking here or do you still need to reset the IP before selecting each account in the drop down menu?
