Paypal got limited in 2nd day
 

hi guys,

One of the new paypal accounts i opened got limited after two days. I purchased both vba and vcc from a seller on the forum and it is asking me to confirm location. They also want a card to confirm location. I got few vanilla visas for the card but how am i going to go around the phone verification? does it have to be landline? can i buy a tracefone for it?

You should talk to your seller about the vba. See if they will replace it or such.

Paypal has been on a blacklist spree as of late.

Yes, it needs to be a landline number and not a mobile.

Many possible causes of this but it is more likely the VCC is the culprit as opposed to the VBA.

I do tethering ( virgin mobile) and it has been working fine with my 8 other stealth accounts. I keep track of all my ips.

VBA was metebank and it is confirmed. I dont mind using vanilla visa but how will i go around " confirm location"

Metabank VBAs are definitely known to cause limitations in the past.

hi guys solved the problem.

first got a vanilla visa GIFT card.
registered it with the zip of the stealth.
signed up for a call forwarding service with a local area code of the same code.

followed the steps on paypal and now the account is restored.

Not sure of how you make your accounts.

I have everything at hand when I create baby stealths.

I have a phone number ready to attach.

I attempt these ways to reduce any flags going against the account.

I have been lucky & had rare issues with these methods.

I was actually planning to cancel it. do you guys really keep a landline for each paypal account? if yes wow. I do keep mobile phones active ( tracephone) but never took landlines serious to be honest..

I always keep active phone numbers for all my accounts

Keep an active phone number. Even if it's just for verification purposes.

Wiser to keep them active.

Users have had accounts suspended for out of date/inactive phone numbers.

Try always to avoid givng extra ammo to ebay/paypal that could damage accounts.

just get a trac phone $20 for 90 days.
