Static IPs change with home wifi

I have a block of 32 Static IPs. is that posible change the last digit # for each Ebay and PP account without being linked? Ex, the 1st static Ip look like....68.154.138.70, can I change it to 68.154.138.71 for 2nd acct and 68.154.138.73 for 3rd acct? Thank you for your replies

re: Static IPs change with home wifi

Not at all possible.

Why?

Your assigned IP is static. This means your 'numbers' are the same.

Why are you even considering 32 IPs in sequence for stealth accounts?

You risk being linked.

These static IPs not the same. The useable IPs are available from 68.154.138.70 to 68.154.138.100. Each Ebay & PP accts come with different IP. They are only different the last #. ARe these accts linked?

re: Static IPs change with home wifi

The static IP will assign for each user that never change. I thought the static IPs are good for stealth accts. Please let me know if any better solution. Thanks Greenbeen

re: Static IPs change with home wifi

32 IPs with a running sequence being used on ebay/paypal will cause suspicions.

Dynamic IPs would be preferable.

ebay looks for similarities. It would be complex to avoid linking.

I appreciate for your helpful reply dear. Actually, I have a Version USB pansac device come with dynamic IPs. Do you think this dongle device good to use for Ebay & PP without being linked? Thanks

re: Static IPs change with home wifi

Dongle device would be good for dynamic IP - just reset and keep track

Thank you for your reply rsot. Can I set up the static IPs on a dongle mini USB?

Static is clouding your perception of doing stealth

You cant set up static IPs - you will get whatever IP that the dongle is assigned by the provider - just use ipburger to see what it is and write it/log it to keep track

Almost of my stealth accts are running on the same computer and connecting to the wifi using the belkin wireless micro (mini) usb adapter. Are my accts considering linked? Your replies much appreciate!

Re: Desktop connects to wifi by micro wireless USB adapter

Are all your accounts on the same user account?

Are you tracking IP addresses?

Is any of the info the same on any stealth?

Re: Desktop connects to wifi by micro wireless USB adapter

Each EB and PP accts use different user accts. All the infos are not the same

Are all of your PC's using the same external IP?

OR are you changing IP's when switching between each account?

If you are not changing your IP's when switching between each accounts, then they are all linked.

You have static IP addresses for each account?

How are you swapping between the static IP addresses?

Are you checking you external IP address at IPBurger to make sure its changed?

If your "Static" IP's start with 192.168.0. then your probably linked. Static IP's don't change and can't be changed, hence the term "Static".

There 2 types of IP's:
1. Internal IP's such as 192.168.0.1
2. External IP: visit IP Burger - Track Your IP Address! to see your external IP.

I have a block of static IPs with AT&T. I just right click on Network connection to change the IPs. Is that ok just change the last #?

OK, So that's what I wanted to know. IF you have a block on Static IP's and there is enough IP's to cover each of your Stealth Accounts then you don't have to change the IP's....BUT....If you have more Stealths than IP's then it is important to change IP's but also to Log/cross-check so you aren't repeating the same IP's across multiple accounts.

Re: Static IPs change with home wifi

I should keep a log for these IPs. Thank you for your remind. Do you think these accts linked if I connect my computer to the modem using the internet cable or micro usb adapter?

Re: Static IPs change with home wifi

If you never bothered to log your IP's I'm going to say a possible Yes. Unfortunately we will never know for sure if you can't go back and see what IP's have been used....Wish you the best of luck.
