EMS With Customs duty due?
 
Only thing... postal clerk just gave me the package. he didn't even notice there was another packet attached with the customs fees due.... how does this work? Will they contact me again for the $$$ ?

If they notice, They will probably send you a letter.
It depends how they keep track or record of there custom fee's.

If you got the package without payment...they will attempt to contact you for $ - provided they have any way of contacting you (usually phone number) but ALSO depends on amount owed: how much?

I once had a package handed to me by the postman that had a label on it saying there was a charge but obviously no one at the post office had noticed and I was never contacted about it.

My philosophy is that if you dont ask thn you dont get.

I'd have no problem paying it. But of course in cash and i'll wait if i get a letter, if i do ill pay with a money order.
