Accounts suspended with VeRo issues.
 

Hi guys,
I have one main account which has 15000 feedback opened since 2006.
I have got suspended for 3 days due to image and vero violations

There for I have tried opening several stealth accounts, learning from each time after eBay suspended them all.

I tried once more today, new email, new IP, new card, number, address, even formatted my laptop.

With in 20 mins of listing I got the email from ebay of this account being suspended


From reading post, did my $189 item trigger?

I don't know what else I can do

I don't want to put this item on my main account when it is active incase they suspend that account, and I won't be able to list anything for my business, then I'll really be screwed

I have tried using my friends accounts, etc, still gets suspended, just not straight away

I thought it was the IP address so I changed it, still happened

Any inside please???

Are you making a new account and trying to list in the first 30 days? This almost always raises a big flag, and EB will ask you to call and verify some information. Is it an MC999 or some other warning they send you?

Make a new user on you computer, and MAKE SURE the IP is changed before going to either eb/pp. Are you taking pictures with your phone also? You should use BatchPurifier to clean all the EXIF data (phone tags, geotag, etc) from the pictures; this can link the accounts because essentially, it says the photos were taken from the same device (extremely unlikely).

You pretty much answered your own question @ $189.

Standard procedure is to not sell anything remotely risky or high-value for a month (or at least 1-2 weeks).

If you started off fresh off the bat with 0 feedback and throwing up $189 items, that's 110% grounds for MC999.

so when is it generally OK to start selling anything low risk? right after verifying the paypal account? a week after account creation?

why not just wait the 3 days to get your account back. you are putting yourself in jeopardy by opening so many accounts. next thing u know one gets linked to your main account and its over for you. ALL GONE.

I like waiting more time while bidding browsing - like 4 weeks...I have been cutting it down to 2 weeks without issues as well

What you think of raising crappy feedback for a month from ebooks and similar stuff ? Buying them for lets say a month?

Can't speak for others but for me i never but items with my stealth to build feedback. Like RSOT said i do the same just do browsing then after about 3 to 4 weeks i start listing a item or two nothing big just yard sale items that go for $5 to $20 nothing big till i get some Selling feedback built

Buying Ebooks for feedback is NOT a viable thing to do.....Ebay will catch on and ban the account....

Even if you do it slowly ? Idone this with at least 4 accounts and always worked . I habe seen some people selling ebooks and have over 1000 feedback just from doing this.

I purchase some .99 cent items on new accounts some eBooks and recipes. As long as you don't go nuts and purchase 20 or 30 a day you will be ok

I usually will purchase 5 ebooks or recipes for .99cents on new accounts, just to get them started

I like to have a number showing for feedback rather than 0 when I list my first item

I like to get that 10 feedbacks and yellow star quickly

The reason that this is not recommended is that there are tendencies for ppl to ONLY buy this stuff - and it does not look like a normal account.

I know users who have been banned way down the road for selling/buying eBooks.

I myself have sold ebooks way back in the day and have had issues with the few accounts involved e.g. accusation of feedback manipulation

If I were you.

1. Buy stealth accounts from sellers on this site. (so you don't lose time, just 1).
2. buy the ebook stealth. (just don't see the VIP part but yet you wrote in subscriber discussion so skip this step, while your babies age).
3. Learn how to make stealths.
4. Learn more on here.
5. After making stealths while you bought one gives you time for your new babies to age.
6. Collect money and give me 10%.
7. Drink some wine while laughing at my jokes with me.
