| BiN4RY | 04-29-2014 11:59 PM | Re: multiple account using portable firefox Just use different user accounts. It's actually not a good thing if cookies are never saved. |
Re: multiple account using portable firefox Portable Firefox works perfect, just make sure you have a completely separate install for each stealth, preferably in each user account. |
| black_label | 05-08-2014 03:10 PM | Re: multiple account using portable firefox Doesn't eBay frown upon cookie blocking though? Wouldn't that raise red flags for the accounts? |
Re: multiple account using portable firefox No one said they were cookie blocking... |
| black_label | 05-29-2014 05:47 PM | Re: multiple account using portable firefox Yeah but I mean, does Portable Firefox save the cookies? I mean if they do I'd forget about making different user accounts and just make a separate install folder for each stealth. |
| easy.bake.oven | 05-29-2014 11:58 PM | Re: multiple account using portable firefox Recently, someone from here advised me to use portable firefox, so I did.
It works perfect and I wish I started out stealthing using portable firefox.
All cookies etc. are stored in their own folder in the installation directory so it handy to transfer onto different computers/laptops |
| aspkin | 05-30-2014 11:57 AM | Re: multiple account using portable firefox How about portable Firefox on a USB drive.. :)
Portable Chrome maybe? Chrome has Flash built in.. |
Re: multiple account using portable firefox I've been preaching about Portable Firefox for a while now but people seem to ignore me on that one, it works perfect. Every user account on my machines is running portable Firefox.
A big plus is if you have to redo your computer or move to a new one, you can move all your portable Firefox to the new machine or same machine without loosing your cookies and browsing history. |
| black_label | 05-30-2014 04:09 PM | Re: multiple account using portable firefox So my current set up is.
Portable Firefox - Each stealth has it's own folder that it is installed in.
On each of the installs, I included the add-in "BetterPrivacy". (it deletes all LSOs when you close PF)
I have all these folders on the Desktop of the "Guest" user account on my computer.
So far? No links.
I only do this because I absolutely HATE signing in and out of different user accounts. Besides, after I create the accounts, verify them, get the limits raised, I hardly EVER log into them directly. I just use inkfrog for listing/shipping/feedback. |

You told me about portable firefox a few months ago and now my life is much better, thanks man |
| aspkin | 05-30-2014 08:43 PM | Re: multiple account using portable firefox Easy and simple wins MM.. without having to learn anything new, most people prefer a new user account.. however advanced users can utilize other tools such as portable FF if they prefer.. I think it's risky if everyone starts utilizing portable FF because it can be tracked easily. |

| Brainbuster | 07-10-2014 10:57 PM | Re: multiple account using portable firefox What a coincidence I just read this thread.
Just yesterday I read here: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackha...step-step.html
that ajandco says portable chrome (or portable firefox) is "far better" than creating a bunch of different user accounts. I'm wondering in what way is it better. |
| aspkin | 07-11-2014 01:05 AM | Re: multiple account using portable firefox It produces the same effect.. it just matters how you want to run your accounts. As I said before it's generally easier for most people to utilize user accounts. There is nothing to mess up where as portable browsers can get tricky if you're not paying attention. The more options the better though. |

For whatever difference it matters regarding flash player not being able to run on usb with Ff portable, any concerns?
I am also looking into exporting Ff LSO files & cookie file to Chrome portable if built-in flash is the way to go.. |
| pr0wake | 08-11-2014 02:24 PM | Re: multiple account using portable firefox alright so back onto this topic, i have a few questions
while using a mac, the "installed" program is really just an bootable program, and any alterations done to it can easily be duplicated by copying and pasting the icon somewhere else
where are the cookies stored? I'm not finding any folders hidden anywhere
does this safely separate LSO files? does it even keep them?
is portable chrome the better choice?
obviously the goal here is to remove multiple user accounts
thanks dudes! |
| Dmshark25 | 08-11-2014 03:34 PM | Re: multiple account using portable firefox Everything meaning cookies are contained into each browser, but like Aspkin has said things can get tricky if not paying attention
You always need to make sure ur logged out of one account, and than click on the folder for the next account, change the IP and before you log in make sure your in the right browser
A little more concentration is needed as mistakes can be easily made |

| pr0wake | 08-11-2014 08:29 PM | Re: multiple account using portable firefox that sounds great!
I'm pretty damn good about switching my IP up every time, so Ill just make a habit of quitting that browser before opening the new one
