My new ebay account got suspended again.
 

I had one unsuccessful account registration yesterday. Following the advises from other members on the forum and Stealth Book, I did it again today:

1. Vanilla Visa
2. Clean Windows User profile
3. Verizon Hotspot
4. Google voice
5. linked a new PayPal opened with the same email
6. Listed an everyday item

Still got suspended after one hour.

Anything wrong with the above picture?
Advises will be highly appreciated

Check your cookies, check flash storage memory, change your ip address. Read the ebay stealth again.

yeah you surely did something wrong, you have to provide more information if you want a help.
i think it could be you ip address !

I used VZ hotspot so the ip is randomly generated

1. Possible issues with Google voice.

2. Was PP VERIFIED? Also a possible issue if NOT verified.

3. Fresh address?

4. Visa never used before?

Please do not begin to sell immediately after the ebay account open, at least 2 weeks past to list the first item

On #5, you said "with the same email"

Do you mean that you have used this email with another PP account or EB account or both or neither? Does EB say why you are suspended? What is the actual reason they give? MC999 or something else?

New acct should have everything new and should not use old information from previous acct. Let your acct age a couple of weeks before listing an item...hope this help!

Same email address as the account that was suspended?
You said you read the stealth book right? That issue should be
clarify in the first paragraph I believe.

I used the same email to register both eBay and PayPal. However, I didn't confirm PayPal yet

Hear we go again.
Listing on a new account is sudden death which you have experienced. I don't list anything for 60 days not 2 weeks. New accounts need to be nurtured in the beginning.
Also, what do you mean by "clean user ID"? Needs to be a new, never used ,user ID.
EVERYTHING HAS TO BE NEW, EVERYTHING! As if it is a baby coming into the world.
When I was new I spent over a week reading new & old posts here.

You don't have browsing history. Spend time bidding watching and doing normal new user action.

Make sure your new email account isn't similar to others you used. I had it happened and the rep told me that's how they linked me.

I always list right away first day; no problem. And paypal un verified.


But need to call them after few hours. Most of times.

I always say best way to avoid issues is to have buying history
