Withdraw from EU Paypal without a bank account
 

I'm wondering how I can withdraw available balance in a completely verified european Paypal account without using a bank account.

Methods like buying stuff online with Paypal are tedious and I'm not interested in them. Does anyone do this successfully?

People buy stuff all the time.

Others do currency exchanging or so.

Why do you not want to use a bank account?

So you want some "Magical" method that doesn't require a bank BUT buying stuff is beneath you? HAHAHAHAHA sorry but not sure what world your living in.

I don't want to use a bank account to stay completely stealth. You never know if Paypal decides to ring the bank and ask them for your name... and the bank tells them.

I was thinking of using trading services like Plus500... They let you deposit funds using paypal (to trade) but I think you can withdraw from there to your actual bank account. Has anyone ever tried this before? Or something similar?

Yeah, I called Bill Gates' bank yesterday and they gave me all the details of his accounts... interesting stuff.

No, your bank will not give your details to Paypal.

What if for instance, an account goes into negative balance and Paypal sells the debt to collection agencies? Banks can and will give details to collection agencies. I read it in their TOS. This is an example.

An account shall not go negative balance "for instance".

You control the account.
You never let it go negative.

It is possible under very serios circustamces and not because paypal has the power to do so but just because you are not refunding quite a lot of money than... it is law business.

Paypal has no power to get your infos from the bank.

You have to be a conscientious seller and always leave enough money on your account to pay fees and to refund some sellers complaining on your items.. this will eventually happen.

If you decide not to attach a bank account is your choice but it is the best way of getting your money out of PP (this is not only my opinion).

Problem with the bank is to get the money transferred from pp to the account in a different name (stealth name) which some banks do not allow.

I personally do not have a bank account attached but my business is very very low and I buy things with my pp balance (stuff I like or silver/gold).

Thanks for the answer.
I have already tried withdrawing to a bank account with mismatched names and it always worked. My concern was Paypal could eventually call the bank and request the name of the account that has those numbers and whatnot.

What address do you use when you buy silver/gold? I reckon you wanna keep stealth so you can't use your home address right?

I repeat it one last time: PP has not the power nor the authority to get your details from your bank. The police has.

Stealth method recommends to have an accessible address... I have more than one. One method is to use a po.box or your local post office for delivery.
Be creative... find the best method that suits you.

Plus500 or similar sites require verification of identity by sending personal documents. An alternative may be the use of anonymous prepaid cards.

Yes, I am personally using these cards. There are cards with Polish Iban, movements and list available online. There are cards with very low limits anyway. € 2,500 maximum per year. Fetch up to 150 euro per day. You can also decide to use it online or in stores to shop crawl.

Can you please tell us where you get them? If I understand correctly, you get a prepaid card to your house, withdraw funds from paypal to the card using polish iban then use the card to cash out from an ATM?
