Adding bank account to limited stealth paypal
 

I have a strange problem,I am trying to add bank account to a limited stealth paypal to withdraw since 180 days hold is nearing,However when I try to do instant verification I am taken back to the login screen and when I open another instance of browser and type www.paypal.com I can see that I am already logged in.
Am I correct in understanding that instant bank verification doesn't work on a limited paypal ,you have to go 2-3 days micro deposit way?
Please advice

I have always gone for the microdeposit method for cashing out a 180-day restricted account
