Use US bank account to withdraw french paypal?

I have a verified french paypal account. Can I add a US bank to it to withdraw?

Yes.

I'm fairly sure you can add a US bank account to almost every Paypal platform. On many sites though you will need to phone customer services to do it.

a real US bank yes, but a prepaid card type is not a easy nowadays....

On most occasions, yes it can be added.

Sadly a phone call to (lack of) customer service might also be needed.

US bank accounts are quite universal to use

I am going to try with real us bank account. Do you call paypal in france or in us to add the account?

Can you call from a random phone number or do you have to call from the one listed in the pp account? Calling with french cell sim card from US is pricey.
