eBay asking me to clear up an odd Paypal issue
I got an MC011 recently on a solid seller account and eBay asked me to resolve a limitation with Paypal. I did all that and my Paypal is back up an running (usual verify invoices, etc.). I let eBay know and they sent me an email back (unable to talk to anyone about it over the phone - and I tried) saying: We reviewed your account this morning and at this time see that your PayPal account, account number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, is still restricted at this time. We do require all sellers to keep both their eBay accounts and PayPal accounts in good standing, even if they do not use PayPal as their primary payment source. When accounts are restricted, it poses a certain level of risk that we are not comfortable with. The X's are actually 19 numbers and not an email or anything.
Anyone have experience with this? Certainly a new one for me.
