Q's about stealth/ accounts etc?
 

Hi everyone

I'll try and keep it short.....hopefully might questions are appropriate here! Yes, I've searched AND read heaps!!!

Firstly - I read that it I open a new account with a bank, in my real name, and I enter the numbers into paypal under my "other" name - then that's ok?The warning paypal gives about having the correct name for the account is just a load of crap to scare you? Just need a confirmation on this one.

Secondly, I have a dedicated IP (with DODO). I've asked them to change it but I have to send them a request with a reason for them to do it (eg, security reasons). They want some sort of modem log, it gets reviewed, and they send a request to change the IP. I was thinking dial up, just for ebay/PP. Does dial up give me a different/no IP? From what I read, it does, but I would also like confirmation/input on this? Thx

Also, this thing I'm reading about "cleaning" your photos. If I kept the same photos, but with a logo or something else added to it, enough to "change" it from the original? Or, do I do what I'm expecting and just take completely new ones?

Lastly (for now)! I've read don't do it, but havent' read why. My public library is close, can you just log in/create new accounts from there, check it once/twice daily from there - ie use their internet - for the purposes of going stealth? On my last attempt with ebay I used "purevpn" to mask my IP and got shut down almost immediately (the "it's a security risk" message).

Paypal CAN ONLY SEE the bank numbers you enter....Paypal CANNOT SEE THE NAME attached to the bank account.

Dialup is an excellent method, also Phone Tethering, and if available down-under search for Dongles that work. Dialup will 99% of the time give a new IP....

There is no 1 exact method, you can Take different pictures with different background, Different angles, but it's always important to strip your pictures of all metadata.

The reason you shouldn't use a public Wifi is because you have no idea how many other geniuses have used the same location for Ebay/PP....and how many of those same geniuses have been banned from that location's IP.

Ebay/PP are not as dumb as they look....Do not underestimate them. The same geniuses that used public Internet to use ebay also used services such as purevpn and other similar services which both Ebay/PP have the ability to spot a mile away.
