Warning on Paypal gift payment receivd.

A customer is buying an item from me but without any notice he sent me $700 via PayPal gift, and he wrote in the deseciption what he wants to buy.

And I just received the below email:
Email title: regarding recent transaction and lack of seller protection. please read.

Please do not reply to this email. This mailbox is not monitored and we are not able to respond to inquiries sent to this e-mail address. If you still need assistance please log in to your PayPal account.



You received 700.00 on May 9th 2014, transaction ID 00Exxxxxxxxxxxxx20D

This was sent as a personal payment, but notes make it appear he is buying shoes from you and not sure what the first sentence means. I recommend you refund this buyer, and have him pay you correctly with a payment for goods, encourage him to leave a memo on what he is buying however.

I think I would refund the buyers money and explain to the buyer why you refunded his money. Then invoice him for what he was trying to pay you. If this is a stealth PP account, then you definitely should not call PP (if you was considering this). I think if you do not follow PP's recommendation, which is really a demand, then they will probably do something to your account.
