eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Digital Delivery High Feedback...HOW?!

WARNING EBAY LINK

Clearly against eBay policy and rules, how is it possible for a seller to:

A. get to that level of feedback
B. sell that amount of digital items without any questions
C. how have they not be permanently limited via Paypal let alone eBay
D. how have they got that many coins in the first place to be selling them

Absolutely baffled

You can obviously send an item and provide a tracking number with each sale but doesn't hide the fact its digital.

Mediator, they have no stock of the coins. People advertise through them to sell them, they list and make a profit on the difference between what they purchased for and what they sold for.

Funny, I have a mate who sells coins online and if you think they are trading to get that many coins you are silly. Think china, think glitches. Sellers buy the accounts fully loaded with coins to sell on. 20 million in an account at a time.

Chinese are clever :)

its clear from the auction why it hasn't been removed. I see no policy violation with this listing but someone else as OP sees it differently.

I see it differently because it states digital delivery, which is against eBay policy...am I wrong?
