I linked a verified paypal account to my account, and still can't open a store

Has anyone encountered this?

I've already successfully opened stores already with brand new accounts with verified paypal accounts, but for some reason, even though this paypal account is showing as linked, and it's verified on paypal, they won't let me open a store- it doesn't recognize that I do have a verified paypal account linked.

Help?

Hmm, I would like to say contact eBay about this, but we all know how that usually ends.

If your accounts are solid, contact eBay but if they're spotty I don't know what to say.

Just for other people's sake who might have this problem- I solved it by "unlinking" and "re-linking" and I now have a new store. YAY.

No contact from ebay support needed.
