My plan to get back on ETSY
 

I would like to get back on etsy. My plan is to get a new internet provider which would supply me with a new IP. Open up a new bank account in my name and open up a new paypal account connected to that bank account. I will use a different account on my home computer that has no cookies, I am not sure if I will be able to use the mobile app on my cell phone even if I do have a new IP address. Anyone have an answer to that. Does this sound like a good plan?

Sounds good except do NOT use mobile app.

This is fine, Is your current ISP dynamic or Static? If you do change providers, make sure your new ISP has the ability to change IP's.

This is good.

A new User Account is perfect.

Apps are bad ideas, they tend to "save" information of your phone than you think...EVEN if you change IP's....it's not a good idea.

Stay away from App. It is useless trouble.

I suggest avoiding the bank account issue until you figure out how to get back on properly. It will just be a waste of time if you lose another account and you don't need it immediately.

Are they going to be different?

What are you going to do with listings to ensure you look new?

Good question..I sell digital art that I created, so how do i change that?
