New paypal limited straight up

So I signed up for a new stealth ebay and paypal, used entropay for the card (first time for entropay - reg in stealth name), bam, paypal limited straight up.

To lift the limitation, I need to verify the CC, easy, already set the ball rolling, a utility bill, again, simple, but also asking for ID. I have an ID I can use, however I need to be creative, and im not THAT creative.

Have never had a paypal limited straight away so I am unsure as to what has triggered it. Last paypal was just with the 21 day hold/ 30 day ownership thing.

Any ideas?

I had this happen on 3 dozen stealths last month also.

I called up pp asking why they require it. They said it's just new and standard. Who knows they probably trying to fish out the scammers.

Just a small note. I personally think it's the cards used. Because everyone who does stealths uses the same cards and EB PP pick up on the patterns and try to protect themselves. So if you were EB or PP what would you do? If someone else used the same bank cards for PP? You'd ask for more info just to be sure. Give it a few more years and it will be hard to get more stealths going.

Ok, touchwood, have just made a 2nd stealth account using a woollies prepaid card, and no limitation. So im thinking it is because I used entropay for the other one.

I think it's the cards that everyone else uses and they start to see patterns with those cards.

No, phone number was a brand new mobile sim. Address was fine, name was fine.

Should also add I usually use the woollies cards, however that time I thought id save some money and use entropay (being I could put $10Au on the card instead of having to payout $24AU for a card.

IF you ever make more stealths. Try to see if you use another card, or another phone number from another company. Maybe this will narrow it down for you as to why there was a problem for you.

If you do that and still the same maybe IP address or cookies? If all is changed and still got it then it means that this is the newer way of them doing things now days.

It is possible - although rarer - that EP issued an already-used virtual cc...it has been reported the recycling of EP numbers by Entropay itself...

Have made over over 10 stealths, none have ever been limited straight away like this one, and they were all made with woollies cards, so no trouble with them, would say it is because I used entropay with this one.

That would make sense Rsot.

I made 3 dozen stealths last month and each one got limited right away with the cards I used.

And the 1st dozen I had made last year didn't have this problem.

I use fresh IP's never used as they are new cause I know they are. Paid for them and had to wait up to 2 weeks for them. SO IP is not a problem the computer/server was NEW so nothing to do with cookies, the numbers are from a real company, and then the cards were used by a seller on the site. And they sell to so many. But I believe the numbers that they use on the cards the 1st 8 digits might have something to do with it as they watch for patterns.

I used another card number, same set of IPs, etc and didn't get limited! So the cards I was using was the problem.
