eBay Stealth multiple accounts question
 

Hi, I've tried searching around other threads on having multiple accounts, but haven't really been able to find the answer I'm looking for. What I would like to know is after establishing multiple accounts on eBay, when it comes time file taxes, how would you go about doing this??...considering the fact that each account may be under a different or false name? I understand they give you a 1099 form to fill out, but I just can't seem to find a proper solution to this issue. Can anyone with experience provide any advice on how to execute this properly without second guesses from IRS?

-With multiple eBay seller accounts, should you open up multiple Paypal business accounts as well for each of the eBay accounts or can you just use say, one Business Paypal account for 2 eBay seller accounts and to avoid detection? 1 Paypal to 3 eBay? 2 Paypal to 3-4 eBay accounts?

ALWAYS...1 paypal for 1 ebay. As far as taxes....ask a CPA...but I will say that the IRS doesn't really care where income comes from.......they don't like you to hide it, they will take any money from anywhere they can get it....including stealth accounts.....

Welcome to the forums.

For eb - pp accounts: go 1:1 - and follow stealth.

For tax info, consult a business professional.

Hi, It doesnt really matter what name its under as long as you are taking the responsibility to pay the tax for the business am sure they wont turn your money away.

So, if I file taxes with false names from my stealth accounts, that won't be a problem? The paypal accounts will be under false names, but it won't raise any flags when I do taxes under that name? Sounds a bit fishy too me tho.

You seem like an experienced stealth user. How do you go about doing taxes if they are under different names? If paypal gives you tax form to fill out under business account, you would be filling it out in another name..wouldn't this raise any red flags to IRS?

Identity theft is against the law. Never make stealth account on someone else's name.

I dont do taxes under a business account or under other names - for PP, I submit documentation to them as they SEE it...but government reporting is completely different, if you catch my drift
