USA paypal accounts keep getting limited ( allready 2)
 

Hi , I have Usa paypal stealth account.
both got limited for same reasons :
paypal automaticlly opend "a case " on 2 transactions I have made..
I bought something on ebay with a bid.

and than boom they limited my account , after 5 days they limited my other account few minutes after I Purchase the item.

same issue.

What am I doing wrong? (Im keeping track of ip and etc..)

here is what they ask how do I verify the accounts they are very important I dont want to lose them.

I would be assuming it is because of the amount?? They are so tiny and are what scammers usually do first to see if there is money in the account before they hack it for big $$. Hence you have set the alarms going.

Not nessesarily true. If these are ebay purchases, then they are quite common. There are definitely other flags triggering OP's limitation.

My first concern is your IP - is it a VPN? There are many other steps to clarify too but start with the IP

Lots of penny auctions up Jean - stamps, cards, pens, coins...etc.

nope it isnt any vpn I dont think there should be an Ip problem
can It be cause because I moved too fast with the stealth accounts?
3 transcations a day? of purchases?
